In June 2019, the laboratory's software and hardware were completed and put into use. The facility is equipped with high-end detection instruments such as LC-MS/MS and microplate readers (with Instrument 3Q Certification), professional software including Watson LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and WinNonlin, and possesses an experimental management system that complies with international standards.

Within the current team, about 30 % hold a Master's degree, and 67 % have over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The company continuously attracts high-end talents from both domestic and international sources.

In August 2021, the company obtained the CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (Registration No.: CNAS L15279).

In December 2021, the company successfully passed the National High-Tech Enterprise certification (Certificate Number: GR202132003199).

In October 2022, the company began preparations to establish a standardized laboratory animal center. The center is capable of conducting experimental research on animals such as mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, and pigs simultaneously. Functional laboratories include an animal surgery room, water maze, and other specialized labs. The center obtained the Laboratory Animal Use License issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology in April 2023 and has been officially operational since then.
